Biogen is a leader in neuroscience research and pharmaceuticals. Together, we defined a product and service experience for healthcare providers who treat patients with multiple sclerosis and spinal muscular atrophy. The product experience focuses on the re/authorization process, which is a significant and re-occurring barrier for both patients and providers. The experience includes a digital portal, and Patient Services engagement with both providers and patients.
